I just wanted to say a really big thank you for the single red rose that you delivered to my wife at Patrick and Menzies today. It was not the rose or the delivery, but the very personal touch of the orange butterfly which you included. Charlotte told me about it and asked if I had included it and when I said no, it could only mean that you remembered our wedding flowers and the theme we had from last year. With all of the business you must have and for all of the occasions that you cater for, it was a really personal touch you made and that you remembered it so well. It was even Charlottes wedding colour! It’s small, seemingly insignificant acts like that which make a business truly customer focused! In my line of work, I speak to people at conferences and seminars about examples of what amazing and not so amazing Customer Service looks like and I can say that this ranks a full 5 stars.
